These guys are awesome… I own another Bike Shop in a different state… I shipped one of my bicycles to them for assembly for my girlfriend that lives in Arizona…

I just paid them for assembly of the bicycle, but when she picked it up, they took the time to make custom adjustments to fit her explained all the details of the Bike had her test ride it to make sure everything was good… She said she loved the experience and I would highly recommend these guys for any of your bicycle needs.

In 2022 I purchased a gen 2 Ripley from Thunder Mountain. It was from their rental fleet but came with a full warranty. Recently I broke the frame on that bike. Ibis replaced the frame with a gen 5 Ripley. Throughout this process I dealt with Thunder Mountain and included them in building the new bike with some of my parts as well as some new parts. It was unbelievable to me the extent of knowledge that Mark ( Thunder Mountain mechanic) possesses when it comes to all the specifics. Anything that helps minimize the impact of rock strikes is a plus. Appreciate that Thunder Mt stocks these and has them listed next the the crank arms that I bought…this takes real effort from the product page builders.

This is my second purchase. The first UDH worked as expected and bent in a crash thus saving my derailleur and frame. The gold looked so good on my Crux I had to replace it.
