Great front tire for my trail bike in relatively dry, hard pack, loose over hard conditions. It’s winter, so we will see how it does once the moon dust season starts. This shop rocks! I broke my transition specific derailleur hanger and Mark machined me a new one out of a Santa Cruz derailleur. I was looking at having to call my trip early and they got me back on the trails for a great deal. Thank you!!

I placed a very last minute bike rental order from them one evening and they had it ready ~10mins after opening the next day. The rental bike was in fantastic shape, brakes felt perfect and easy to modulate, tires looked new, suspension was set up well for my weight, and they use ~$120 flat pedals on their rentals instead of the horrible plastic RF Chesters every other shop seems to throw on their ~$8K+ bikes.

When coming into town for some mountain biking lessons someone hit my bike and broke my rear axle the day before. I was able to make it into the shop shortly before closing and when they did not have my size in stock for my lesson the next day, James gave me the axle of his bike to borrow for the week for my lessons. I cannot express how grateful I am for their kindness and what a difference it made being able to ride my own bike for my lessons! The shop had a great selection of women’s gear which I always appreciate as well. Will be back next time I’m in town!
