We are open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Yes! Our cloth map is the popular choice to take out on the trails. It offers a compact and handy guide to Sedona’s trail system. Plus, once you’ve chosen your route, you can shove it in your pocket and ride on with no worries of creasing or tearing.
Our whole team rides here, too. We’ll be stoked to help pick out a route just for you or answer any questions about our trails!
We’re lucky to have fantastic ride conditions almost all year-round. Fall, Winter, and Spring are the most popular times, but many days in the Summer are not too hot for a good ride either.
Sedona's climate can be glorious year-round. However, we are in a desert climate and with that, the weather can change very quickly no matter the season!
Spring and fall are of course the most popular (and crowded) times of the year. Offering ideal, sunny weather and daily temps rarely out of the mid-60's to low 80's. It's easy to see why people flock here during these months.
However, there really is no bad time to visit Sedona! Choosing to visit in lower seasons of late summer and winter is a great way to get a deal on hotels and avoid packed trails. And you'll likely not even need a jacket during the day!
If flying to Phoenix, we recommend setting aside four hours from your expected arrival time at Phoenix-area airports to the time you start riding. If landing after 3:00 PM, schedule your rental for the next day as you may not make it in time!
Not at this time. We offered a shuttle service in the past, but due to Covid and other factors, we no longer offer this service.
Sedona has an in-town shuttle service via Verde Shuttle. However, they cannot accommodate a large group of bikers, and do not go to many trailheads.
The good news is that Sedona is in the planning stages for city-wide shuttle service to hotels and many trailheads! You can keep up to date on this project at Sedona's city website.

Our online store is able to accept many types of payment methods, from all major credit and debit cards, to ShopPay, PayPal, pay-over-time services, and more.
We strive to continue offering the latest in mobile and quick-pay options to best serve you.
Some discount codes require users to create an account on our site and be logged in before check out to accept the discount code. Please make sure you’re logged in before you attempt to checkout and type in the code.
If you continue to experience issues, the code is likely expired or no longer valid. Reach our to us directly if you need further assistance with a discount code or coupon.
We offer economy and expedited shipping options via FedEX and USPS.
Orders totaling over $49 are eligible to ship for free via our economy ground shipping option.
If you're in need of something over-night, please contact us directly. We may be able to rush your order quicker than our standard expedited options. But, heads up, this service can easily cost $100+ depending on your location.
Shipping times vary depending on your selection and are shown at checkout. Even with the slowest/cheapest option, you should receive your order within 8 business days at most.
However, as we have to mention, most couriers have had intermittent delays for some time now, and shipping around the holidays is always a fiasco, so there is always a small chance of delivery delay.
If your package is held up with the courier, or you see confusing notes in their tracking, we encourage you to, 1) be patient as we’ve seen most orders, even when the courier reports a delay, wind up being delivered on-time or within a day of the expected delivery. And, 2) reach out to the courier service directly as our fulfillment team has no control over these types of delays.
For most orders, yes! If expedited shipping is available for your order, you will see the option during the checkout process.
If you need your order to arrive even quicker, reach out to us directly. We may be able to overnight to you with an additional fee.
Please note, there are some items we cannot expedite! These include items that contain batteries (these are required to ship via ground), and full bikes or other oversized items that would cost an arm and a leg to expedite.
At this time, we cannot offer international shipping and do not accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
We will send you email and/or SMS updates automatically as your order moves through shipment steps.
Once we have your order boxed up, we will send you tracking info so that you may look up delivery details with the courier.

Please note, if you do not have an existing account, you will need to click “Create Account”. Use the email address you provided during checkout to see your order history once your account is created.
During business hours, we process orders very quickly. If you made a mistake on your order and need to cancel it, you will need to contact us quickly!
If your order has not yet shipped, please call us asap if you need to cancel or change your order before it ships.
If you have already received a shipping notification of your order, then you will need to wait until your order arrives and initiate a return request once you have the package.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unwanted gear back to us with a return request and make a new order for the correct item you want through our site.
All returns must be requested within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be received in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been installed or show wear of any kind.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the order number, the items that needed to be returned, and why.
2. Once approved, we will notify you of the return label charge and email a pre-paid shipping label.
3. Place the item in its original packaging, including all tags.
4. Pack the item securely to prevent any damage on its return trip.
5. Drop the item off at your local post office.
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us directly so we can get your order corrected as soon as possible.
