These guys are awesome… I own another Bike Shop in a different state… I shipped one of my bicycles to them for assembly for my girlfriend that lives in Arizona…

I just paid them for assembly of the bicycle, but when she picked it up, they took the time to make custom adjustments to fit her explained all the details of the Bike had her test ride it to make sure everything was good… She said she loved the experience and I would highly recommend these guys for any of your bicycle needs.

In 2022 I purchased a gen 2 Ripley from Thunder Mountain. It was from their rental fleet but came with a full warranty. Recently I broke the frame on that bike. Ibis replaced the frame with a gen 5 Ripley. Throughout this process I dealt with Thunder Mountain and included them in building the new bike with some of my parts as well as some new parts. It was unbelievable to me the extent of knowledge that Mark ( Thunder Mountain mechanic) possesses when it comes to all the specifics.
