In 2022 I purchased a gen 2 Ripley from Thunder Mountain. It was from their rental fleet but came with a full warranty. Recently I broke the frame on that bike. Ibis replaced the frame with a gen 5 Ripley. Throughout this process I dealt with Thunder Mountain and included them in building the new bike with some of my parts as well as some new parts.
