We currently offer both economy and expedited shipping options through FedEx and USPS.
Most orders totaling over $69 before tax are eligible to ship for free via an economy ground option of our choice.
Due to larger box sizes, handlebars, wheels, and other oversized items, an additional shipping fee will be applied.
Most bikes ship for only $200 within the continental US. Bike shipping to AK, HI, or PR is usually $350, but may incur additional fees depending on the exact delivery location.
If you're in need of something super-quick, please contact us directly. We may be able to overnight your order with an additional fee, depending on your location.
Should there be an issue with the item you bought, or if you no longer need your purchase, we will be happy to set up a return.
Returns may be requested within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be received in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with the original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been installed or show wear of any kind.
Returns or exchange requests for bikes must be requested by emailing us at sedona@thundermountainbikes.com within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Bikes must be in un-ridden condition. Custom-built bikes may not be returned. Returned bikes incur a $200 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may choose the carrier of their choice to handle their product return. We no longer provide shipping labels directly.
For any return shipping questions, please email us at sedona@thundermountainbikes.com after submitting your return request so that we can confirm the shipping information you should use to return your item(s).
We will process your return after receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting their condition. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. No store credit or other refund methods are available.

This blade is designed to serve as the sacrificial weakest link that preserves more expensive parts of Deore XT BL-M8100 brake levers. My originals worked as designed during an unfortunate OTB incident which broke one side and bent the other, so I opted to replace both. Front/Left was out of stock so I ordered two Rear/Right and reused the original Front/Left spring since the blades are identical otherwise. I paid extra to expedite delivery from Arizona to Maryland which took only two business days via USPS Priority Mail. Installation was relatively straightforward (back out the clamp screw, pop out the pin through the top, remove blade with spring, and replace), though getting the spring lined up with the lever while reinserting the pin is tedious (there may be a trick that I don't know). No need to bleed the cylinders!

Lever was fine but it doesn’t come with the set screw to lock it in place so I had to use the one on the bent lever

Exact replacement for XT/ 8100 series levers. Also fits 7100 and 9100 series levers.
The process to install is pretty straightforward except for the installation one small spring that is admittedly a pain. It isn't at all obvious, but it goes *inside* the outer housing of the lever blade and is secured by the same pin that secures the blade to the lever.
Had an issue with a part - they responded immediately and fixed my problem quickly and easily.

When I broke my brake lever I thought I was in for an expensive full handle unit replacement, the pain of bleeding brakes, etc. I was pleasantly surprised when this option came up in a search. It's not obvious how these come off/on, and lining everything up is a little tricky... but a YouTube and a little fiddling later, I was back up and running for a fraction of a whole side replacement in both cost AND time. Good as new.
(A couple notes - make a note of how the funny-shaped spring is arranged in the mechanism before you take it out. Also, you need to reuse the set screw from your old lever to secure the pin.)

One bit of advice...the spring makes this a two person job to line everything up. YouTubers make this look a lot easier than it is. Just go to a Zen state, get a park tool pick, and get another set of hands because it's hard.
