The New Compounds
The Kryptotal Front Mountain Bike Tire comes in three different compound options to suit every riding style. The SuperSoft compound is Continental's softest and grippiest option, ideal for downhill and enduro riders who demand maximum grip and control. The Soft compound strikes a balance between grip and rolling resistance, making it a great choice for gravity-focused rides. The Endurance compound is designed to offer a high level of durability and good rolling resistance and grip, making it a versatile option for trail riders and e-bikes.
The New Casing
The Kryptotal Front Mountain Bike Tire also features a casing construction tailored to different riding styles. The Downhill option is the most durable and reinforced carcass in the gravity lineup, while the Enduro casing is a durable single-ply construction with Apex to prevent snakebites. The Trail option offers comparable performance to the Enduro casing but is tailored specifically for trail use cases.
Tubeless-Ready
Continental's new mountain bike tire lineup is Tubeless Ready, with a robust carcass construction that is impervious to damage and penetration from foreign objects. This technology allows for versatility, low weight, and an attractive design.
Ebike Approved
The Kryptotal Mountain Bike Tires are suitable for use with e-bikes, and Continental draws on over 100 years of experience with moped and motorcycle tires to ensure their city and trekking tires are rated to a standard speed of at least 25 km/h.

Shipping
We currently offer both economy and expedited shipping options though FedEX and USPS.
Orders totaling over $49 are eligible to ship for free via an economy ground option of our choice.
If you're in need of something super-quick, please contact us directly. We may be able to overnight your order with an additional fee and depending on your location.
RETURNS
Should there be an issue with the item you bought, or you no longer need your purchase, we will be happy to set up a return.
Returns or exchange requests for New or Used Bikes must be requested by emailing us at sedona@thundermountainbikes.com within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Bikes must be in un-ridden condition. Custom-built bikes may not be returned. Returned bikes have a $200 restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping.
Returns for most other items may be requested within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be received in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with the original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any items installed or show wear of any kind.
Clearance and open-box items may not be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please log in to your customer account by clicking the 
Profile icon in the top right of any page or visit account.thundermountainbikes.com.
1. In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code to log in.
4. Find and click on the order that you want to submit a return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, select only the items you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store if needed.
7. Click Request Return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
REFUNDS
We will process your return after we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the condition. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Excellent Traction and tire longevity. No need to run an Insert.

Tire looks great and I was excited until I mounted it, spun it and it has a huge warp in the tread. Yes the tire was seated all the way, this isn’t my first rodeo lol.
It appears that the tread isn’t molded correctly the lugs don’t match up in the center of the tread where the seam is.

Haven't had a chance to ride it yet, recovering from a ruptured spleen ☹️
But I will say the knobs are sticky to the touch, and it was easier to mount than the Xynotal DH casing soft compound I have on the rear.
Can't wait to ride it, couple of more weeks!

I only have 2 rides on this tire, but I like it so far. I've ridden it in rocky, dry terrain. Downhill feel was very confidence inspiring. It never stepped out even when transitioning from rock faces into loose. The Enduro casing had nice small bump compliance, but strong enough to protect the rim. It's still early days with these tires, but they do seem like they will be a Maxxis alternative. I really like them so far.
