1st impression, Great small bump action, very light, no noticable flex

The i9 Enduro s rear wheel I received is great. No noticable flex like previous 29" rear wheels. Fast hub engagement if a little noisy. Thunder mountain sent a chain lube sample and some free swag which is awesome. Will definetly consider them for parts in the future.

I was very disappointed with the first gen version of the new transmission shifter. This upgrade is a must have!

Great quality stem. I ordered the "Umber" color which was more bronze than gold but in a good way. Made extremely well and in the USA.

The traction on these pedals is fantastic. I have always ridden clippless pedals and I purchased these to transition to platforms. They have made the transition much easier than I expected.

I am getting back into mountain biking after a long, long while and the tires on my old bike weren't in bad shape, but not great either. Some friends and co-workers told me about these and so I gave them a try. I am very happy with the traction and sidewall stability relative to my current style of riding and capabilities. That's about all that I can say :)

Finally made it to Sedona to mtb vs hike. Bucket list adventure for me. I was so excited to check out the trails with my buddy. Barely 10 mins into our ride I had a ride ending mechanical issue. I remembered seeing a post recently on IG about Thunder Mountain bikes so I headed right over. They were busy as expected and had bikes in the stands being serviced. I explained my issue and they said it might be a couple hours to get to it. I said I completely understand. Unfortunately I didn’t have a couple hours. Contemplating my next move…tech said…Hey man let me take a quick look and see if I can get you back on trail. He was able to quickly replace my derailleur hanger (I provided, always carry a spare) and straighten out my derailleur enough to function/shift pretty darn good. He said if you’re chasing perfection I’ll need more time. I completely understood and was so stoked that my day wasn’t over. Headed back to the trail and completed the loop we set out to ride. So thankful for the level of customer service they provided. I didn’t beg or even share my schedule with them. I knew they were busy and respected that. Top notch service. Thank you for helping me have a great day on the trails.
