I swapped my down country to these, and dh, AND gfs trail bike. Look great/feel great! Best quality from Deity … of course! (Personal opinion, a stack of spacers doesn’t look good, most ppl can easily run 50s … and 80s are Money in my dj!)
Stock bars on a 2023 trance x3 were too low and very little back sweep, I have lower back issues and these bars transformed my bike ride from good to awesome!!!
I have bought a few items from Thunder Mountain. Every time I have gotten
a good deal and quick shipping. I will keep on buying on line or walk in,
Easy and quick. So I can keep my mind on what matters… Shredding.
I was running Diety carbon bars before but they had very little rise. I'm not trying to hype these up more than they should be. My bike, a medium, is a bit large for me. I rode a small and it was so much easier to get the front up. My buddy told me to grab these bars before buying a smaller frame and I'm glad I did. I'm climbing stuff I couldn't clear before. Climbing in general is more comfortable because you're not hunched over as much. I'm bunny hopping a bit higher. It feels like I'm getting more air now on my local trails. Cornering was greatly improved. It does great on technical climbs, and chunky decents, drops, and it feels super solid when doing a wheelie. Now I'm telling everyone I ride with to buy these 80mm rise bars. So far 3 other people I ride with are rocking either the 80s or 50s. Thank you Thunder Mountain bikes!
