Whether you're a competitive rider or simply passionate about your shredding, the X0 Eagle Transmission (T-Type) derailleur is designed to meet your needs. As part of an integrated and interdependent transmission, this derailleur is mounted around the wheel axle for a first-of-its-kind direct connection to the cassette, thanks to its innovative Hangerless Interface. This groundbreaking design fundamentally changes the relationship between the cassette and derailleur, while the Full Mount attachment method ensures a strong connection that grips both sides of the frame.

Setting up the X0 Eagle Transmission derailleur is as easy as SRAM's Eagle AXS derailleurs, making for a quick and intuitive install. This derailleur also boasts an overload clutch for increased resiliency and a tucked-in profile that protects the B-knuckle and outer link with fully replaceable or upgradeable protection covers.

Ultimately, the X0 Eagle Transmission derailleur represents a major step forward in durability and maintenance, offering serious riders the premium componentry that's made to take on the next level.

  • Hangerless Interface, Full Mount attachment method
  • Competition-proven strength and reliability
  • Install and pair via the reliable and familiar standard AXS set-up and pairing procedure
  • Premium precision made to last
  • Overload clutch
  • Replaceable B-Knuckle cover and outer link

Worth the Hype

Having used several different drivetrains over the last 45 years and can honestly attest that the SRAM Eagle Transmission (XO & XX) are top-notch. I use both on electric mountain bikes and have been very impressed by how smooth they shift and how well they shift under load. I climb a lot of steep hills primarily in the Turbo or Boost mode and the Eagle Transmission definitely shines in this area. I really like the Micro-Adjust feature that takes the place of the B-limit adjuster. You can actually adjust each individual cog on the rear Cassette versus having to find a happy medium on a normal cable style derailleur. I also really like the Pod Shifter.
