I am getting back into mountain biking after a long, long while and the tires on my old bike weren't in bad shape, but not great either. Some friends and co-workers told me about these and so I gave them a try. I am very happy with the traction and sidewall stability relative to my current style of riding and capabilities. I purchased the new TRP EVO12 cranks and this bb from Thunder Mountain. They promptly answered all of my many questions both before and after my purchase. And the cranks and bb are great. One of only a few 165mm carbon options out there. I also had lots of questions for TRP and they responded immediately and were extremely helpful.
the 50mm reach A318 gives the option of ~5mm rise or drop, the latter of which is perfect for my XC / downcountry style. happy to pay for a US-sourced & -made piece, especially when it's as functionally elegant as this stem.
Hey, just wanted to say, everyone there is awesome and the back team in the back were awesome. Answered all my questions and I finally got out the weeds. My AXS set up is the bomb and I love it in the woods where we live in Northern Fla. Destin, Fort Walton beach area. I'm a huge Surfer and have been all over the world surfing but, moving back home here is not a lot of surf so I found MTBing!! What a game changer. Its all I think about. These brake pads are great. Long lasting using moderate pressure and great grip. Inspires more confidence in tackling the downhills.

I used to use ODI grips, they’re a great grip, I’ve always been frustrated with how small grips are, I use moto x gloves to deal with it, then I discovered PNW Loam in XL, tried them out, they were a really good size, felt great, but color was off, I then tried deity supracush, these were a better color but due to design, they felt smaller than loam xl. So naturally, when I saw these, I had to try them, I still haven’t done a real ride with these yet but the tooling around the neighborhood has me excited, size and design, looks great, feels great and the size at 36mm feels like I am grabbing something and don’t need to death grip. Thank you Deity. The bottom design is tactile enough to allow your fingers to feel position on grip. These are really great. I’ve tried a lot of grips over these last 13 years, definitely am happy with these, and the matching clamps for my bars are a sweet touch.

Matches the Race Face Atlas bars that are in Kash Money colors, nice touch to add to the megattack grips.
I love the Eagle drivetrain components. They all fit well together and I like the color combo on this copper cassette with the XX1 black chain. This cassette is very lightweight and has been durable during rough rides.
