Finally, having an issue with a firm soul is a big advantage on the bike using a flat pedal. I thought the sticky rubber was gonna be too sticky to adjust the foot on the pedal, but it hasn’t been a problem at all. It is easy to adjust and your foot does not slip off. The only problem it’s so dusty now that the shoe got really dusty right away and doesn’t look that good but that’s not the shoes fault that’s the dust. I’m a size 9 1/2 and it fit perfectly.

So much better than Shimano XT. Actually gives a torque value for the preload. Destroyed a couple sets of xt. Hope these are the last ones I buy

Very easy install, I had it adjusted on the Shimano app fast and now the bike shifts instant and quiet. If you have the extra money get XT. Highly recommended if your a Shimano guy like me!

This is actually the i9 duo rear wheel which is a bit different than the 310. 310 was made by reynolds and the duo is made by we are one in bc. Still gave it 5 start becsuse its a great wheel with a lifetime warranty
