Meet the new standard for hard-hitting, heavy-duty braking. SRAM added 15% extra piston power and 30% more volume in the lever reservoir, ensuring peak performance for the full run. And with SwingLink™ and Lever Pivot Bearing technologies, lever feel remains smooth and progressive, no matter how hard the pull. Go deeper and grab more power.

I like Sram brakes. Some models are better than others. The Code RSC is one of the better ones. I like the contact adjustability and the reach adjustability. I bleed the brakes with a slimmer than stock bleed block.
I normally choose Shimano brakes over SRAM brakes and SRAM drivetrains over Shimano. That’s just my personal preference with a few decades of cycling experience on various terrain and bikes. These brakes are fantastic. I never really understood what “modulation” really meant until I purchased these brakes. I went from a 180 rotor on the front to a 203 and a 160 to 180 in the rear as I’m a Clydesdale cyclist riding a loaded bike packing rig and need the stopping power. These brakes are fantastic on my new Why Cycles Wayward V2. Thunder Mountain Bikes are a great company and they delivered quickly. Now I just need to find longer rainbow post mount hardware to make everything match. Spend the cash, they’re worth it.
