Each rim undergoes a painstaking hand-laid process in Kamloops, BC, employing an exclusive in-house developed layup technique. This method ensures precise fiber placement, eliminating any deviation or gaps during the layup process, thus ensuring that every strand of fiber is optimally stretched and bears the intended load. We Are One rims emerge from the mold in flawless form, requiring no sanding, filling, or modifications of any kind.

Embrace the onset of a revolution. The development of the Revolution line of rims commenced in June 2018 with the objective of offering a comprehensive range of rims while incorporating the knowledge gained from THE MOVEMENT line of rims.

The innovative shape of the Revolution rim reduces radial stiffness while maximizing fiber utilization and enhancing impact resistance. When combined with the meticulous layup process, this design fosters a more uniform and supportive system for every aspect of the rim, surpassing all previous benchmarks.

Shipping

We currently offer both economy and expedited shipping options though FedEX and USPS. 

Orders totaling over $49 are eligible to ship for free via an economy ground option of our choice. 

If you're in need of something super-quick, please contact us directly. We may be able to overnight your order with an additional fee and depending on your location. 

RETURNS

Should there be an issue with the item you bought, or you no longer need your purchase, we will be happy to set up a return.

Returns or exchange requests for New or Used Bikes must be requested by emailing us at sedona@thundermountainbikes.com within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Bikes must be in un-ridden condition. Custom-built bikes may not be returned. Returned bikes have a $200 restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping.

Returns for most other items may be requested within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be received in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with the original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any items installed or show wear of any kind. 

Clearance and open-box items may not be returned. 

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please log in to your customer account by clicking the  customer account icon  Profile icon in the top right of any page or visit account.thundermountainbikes.com

1. In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code to log in.

4. Find and click on the order that you want to submit a return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, select only the items you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store if needed.

7. Click Request Return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

REFUNDS

We will process your return after we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the condition. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Wheels felt good but failed on 1st use, warranty with We Are One is not as easy from the US

I bought a set at the middle of July and two weeks later and one ride later they failed. The rear wheel cracked and it needs to be replaced. We are one is willing to do the warranty but they’ll charge you for the re-build with new spokes , re-lacing, new nipples and the return shipping, you also have to pay for a free domicile shipping to ship your hub to BC Canada, it’s not as cheap, UPS quote me $60 - $80, after all expenses it will cost you about $200 to get you wheel repaired properly. I decided to contact Thundermountain instead and they have been great, they are helping me with the warranty directly through the store since the wheels have less than 30 days old. I’m leaning toward returning them if possible… but who knows. The wheels felt good until they did not , I got some other carbon wheels before and this felt as nice rolled quick and they felt active and light. The We Are One customer service in Canada might be better , but submitting a warranty claim with We Are One from the US is not as easy, I initially paid for the “warranty” repair with We Are One but when I called to cancel the repair with We Are One since I will be working with Thundermountain instead, they told me that this needs to be checked by “the accountants” before processing the refund. it’s just not as friendly or easy as it should be for a premium product with a “life time warranty” that happened 2 weeks after I bought the wheels. I’m from Quebec I was super excited to get this Canadian made wheels but I got disappointed, hopefully other people get a better experience but mine was not good and I got really frustrated.
